Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Definitions
Site: refers to the website aylie.it
Conditions: this document governing the relationship between Aylie and the User
Products: the items offered for sale on the Site
User: the individual or legal entity accessing the Site and/or placing orders
2. Sale of Products
The Products for sale are described on their respective pages on the Site. Images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Customized items made at the User’s request are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Aylie reserves the right to change prices and availability at any time without notice.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, excluding any customs duties and additional fees for shipments outside the EU, which are borne by the recipient.
Payment may be made using the methods indicated at the time of the order. Order confirmation occurs upon receipt of the full payment.
4. Delivery Times and Methods
Delivery is carried out via express courier to the address provided by the User.
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days from the receipt of the order. These timelines are indicative and non-binding.
Partial deliveries are considered valid and do not entitle the User to refuse the goods, claim compensation, or request refunds.
From the moment of delivery, the risk and ownership of the Products pass to the User. Any further delivery attempts after the first are at the User’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer User has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must return the Product intact and in its original packaging, with appropriate packing.
Aylie will refund only the price of the Product within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, excluding any shipping costs.
If the returned Product is damaged, tampered with, or not intact, Aylie may refuse the refund or deduct the amount of the damage.
6. Invoicing
Users who wish to receive an invoice must provide complete billing information at the time of order.
The data submitted by the User is their responsibility; Aylie is not liable for inaccuracies in the provided information.
7. Non-Consumer User
A User who enters a VAT number in the order form is considered a non-consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-consumer Users.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, texts, and content on the Site are the property of Aylie or their respective owners. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law.
For disputes involving consumer Users, the competent court is that of the User’s place of residence or domicile. In all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of Rome, Italy.
In any case, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
