Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping

We ship from Monday to Friday.

Processing times vary between 24 and 48 hours after the order is received. During Sales or promotional periods, delivery to the courier may be delayed.

Returns

According to the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw without penalty within 14 days of receiving the products purchased on the Site. In this case, a full refund of the product price will be issued, excluding shipping costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send the items to:

Please include a note with the following information:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Order number

• Reason for return

• IBAN (only if the order was paid via cash on delivery)

Items must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and securely packed. Return shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the Customer.

If the item is found to be damaged, tampered with, worn, or not in original condition, the Customer will lose the right to withdraw and may request the item to be returned back to them.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items, after verification of their condition, will be processed within 14 working days from receipt. Refunds do not include shipping costs, either for the original shipment or for the return.

The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed with the User.
